In Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC), a machine like Unique Autopure takes our protein sample and pumps it onto a column which is equilibrated by a specific buffer. It then washes the column with a different buffer or buffer gradient, the different ingredients will be washed out the column with different residence time. Unique Autopure has predefined steps, the user could create a method by easily drag and drop. Then the system could run the method automatically.
